Stewed Frozen Tofu with Baby Cabbage

Frozen tofu is my favorite. I stewed it with baby cabbage today and it was pretty good!

Wash the baby cabbage.

Cut into strips.

Slice the pork, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine and starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Slice green onion and ginger.

After the oil in the pan is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry.

Add onions and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add soy sauce and sauté until fragrant.

Add baby cabbage and stir-fry until soft.

Add frozen tofu and appropriate amount of water and simmer. Just enough water to cover the ingredients.

Cook until the soup is reduced and add salt, pepper and chicken essence to taste.

The hot stew is ready.
