  2. Heat the pan, add oil and stir-fry half of the chopped green onions until fragrant, add peas and carrots and stir-fry

  4. Add the mushroom sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly coated on the rice to fully absorb the sauce. Sprinkle the other half of the chopped green onion and turn a spoon and serve
