Fried rice with mushroom sauce

Normally I eat white rice because fried rice is too high in calories, but I have no control over this fried rice with mushroom sauce because it is too fragrant

Chop green onions, quinoa rice, mushroom sauce, set aside, dice carrots, set peas set aside

Heat the pan, add oil and stir-fry half of the chopped green onions until fragrant, add peas and carrots and stir-fry

Add rice and stir-fry over low heat until thoroughly stir-fried

Add the mushroom sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly coated on the rice to fully absorb the sauce. Sprinkle the other half of the chopped green onion and turn a spoon and serve
