Black Pepper Spare Ribs
Overview
I ate a lot of black pepper beef and black pepper chicken legs, so I wanted to try a different texture. I tried making black pepper pork ribs. I really don’t know if I haven’t done it before. I was shocked when I made it. It was so delicious! The crispy pork ribs are coated with a layer of rich black pepper sauce, which is so delicious that you can’t stop eating it. Every time I make this dish, my husband has to eat several bowls of rice, and he always praises it. Hehe, this dish has now become the most popular dish in my private kitchen, haha

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and garlic

Put the ribs in a pot under cold water, add green onion knots and ginger slices, remove the bleeding water and drain, rinse and dry

Heat up another pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Then add the pork ribs and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the ribs are slightly browned, then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry until the color changes

Grind some black pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for about an hour

Simmer until the pork ribs are tender, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and reduce the juice over high heat
