Prepare the main ingredients: chicken wings, minced garlic, ginger, chives, and sweet and spicy sauce.

Wash the chicken wings and cut them into small pieces (divide each wing into 2 or 3 pieces). Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and then add an appropriate amount of chopped ginger and green onion.

Remove the onions and ginger from the marinated chicken wings, and add 2 tablespoons of sweet potato powder.
