  1. Wash 100 grams of millet, control moisture, dry and grind into powder in a food processor. Be very careful. If you use millet flour directly, you can skip this step.

  2. 100g millet flour, 40g corn oil, 3 eggs, 40g sugar, and 50g milk. I forgot to put the milk in.

  6. Add a few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar to the egg whites, beat with a whisk, add the sugar in three batches, beating as you go.

  10. Pour into a six-inch cake mold, lift and shake a few times. Cover with plastic wrap and steam in a steamer over high heat for 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
