Steps

  1. Just use cornstarch as the material. There are 1.5 and 0.85 in supermarkets! I used 1.5 yesterday and 0.85 today! The 1.5 one is relatively white, and the 0.85 one is a little yellowish! Then just have a basin for melting starch, a pot with a thicker bottom, and a wooden spatula, the iron one is afraid of scratching the bottom of the pot!

  2. Then pour in a packet of starch, add cold water, just enough water to cover the starch, then use chopsticks or a spatula to fully stir the starch. It is a bit difficult at first, but it will become easier and easier later on, and you can feel that there is no sticky starch on the bottom of the basin

  3. Then prepare to boil a pot of water first. Add the boiling water to the pot. Generally, the water should be added to more than half of the bottom of the pot. Turn on the high heat, and then stir in the starch water until it is basically half of the starch water. After pouring, immediately turn to medium heat, and then keep stirring in one direction. Do not stir randomly, otherwise the powder will not taste chewy! Stir until the batter is thick and transparent, at least 8 to 10 minutes. This will ensure that there is no cornstarch. Another thing is that big bubbles start to appear in the pot, which means it is ready! Then turn off the heat, pour the pot into the prepared box!

  4. Let it cool outside first and then put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. You can make it in the morning and eat it at night. You can make it in the evening and eat it the next day! You should be able to do the next steps! Be sure to wet it with water when cutting so it doesn't stick to the knife! Next, put it on a plate, drizzle with chili oil and balsamic vinegar, it’s delicious!
