Loofah and Shrimp Cup
Overview
I love eating loofah because it is beautiful and nourishing, and because it is easy to make and tastes fresh and sweet.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and peel the loofah, add a little each of fresh shrimp and garlic.
-
Cut the processed loofah into even lengths and dig a hole with a spoon (it is best to cut it shorter, otherwise it will not stand up after steaming)
-
Chop the garlic into minced garlic and remove the shells from the shrimp, leaving only the tails.
-
Cut a hole in the back of the shrimp and pass the shrimp tail through the middle. Add a little water and an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce to the minced garlic and stir evenly.
-
Finally, separate the juice and the loofah cup into the pot and steam for 6 minutes. Just pour the juice over it when eating.
