Salt-baked prawns
Overview
When I made salt-baked shrimp this time, I mixed herbs into the salt. The grilled shrimp had more of a flavor of herbs, which was great. The herbs are Italian mixed herbs, including rosemary, thyme, pizza grass and other spices. On this basis, I added fresh rosemary, which tastes good. After grilling the shrimp, the salt turns into herb salt, which can be used for pickling vegetables or making pizza. -
Shrimp and rosemary.
-
Kosher salt and vanilla.
-
Use a toothpick to remove the sand lines from the prawns.
-
Then use a toothpick to fix it. You can use a slightly longer skewer here to mainly fix the shape of the shrimp. It is also okay not to skewer it.
-
After preheating the air fryer, place tin foil, add vanilla salt, and heat at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
-
Arrange shrimps. You can let some of the salt cover the shrimp. Let the air fryer continue its work.
-
Pull it in the middle to check and flip it. It takes about 15 minutes. This time will depend on your personal air fryer, so you can adjust it yourself.
