  1. Plug off the remaining chicken feathers from the tips of 500 grams of chicken wings, wash them thoroughly, drain them and set aside

  2. Chop ginger, onion and garlic and set aside

  3. Wash and shred a hot pepper

  4. Take a clean and water-free rice cooker and put the tips of chicken wings into it

  5. Sprinkle ginger and garlic granules

  6. Pour a layer of oil

  7. Sprinkle a spoonful of salt

  8. Close the lid, turn on the power and press the cooking button

  9. After about six or seven minutes of cooking, it will jump to the keep warm button. After simmering for five minutes, open the lid

  10. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce

  11. Stir a spoonful of light soy sauce and press the cooking button

  12. Just wait until you jump to the keep warm button again and simmer for ten minutes
