To prepare chrysanthemum, use only the stem part; the leaves can be used for other purposes.

Cut into inch sections.

Cut the tofu into pieces and fry in oil.

Fry until brown and crispy on both sides.

In another pot, add appropriate amount of oil and sauté chopped pepper until fragrant.

Add chrysanthemum and stir-fry.
