Tiger skin pepper
Overview
Although this tiger skin pepper is not very authentic, it is indeed appetizing. The charred ripples that come out of the frying really look like tiger skin. No matter what, delicious food is the way to go!

Wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds

Cut into three pieces

Crush the garlic and chop into fine pieces

Hot pan with cold oil
