Ingredients: Boiled shrimp, squid (washed and blanched), garlic sprouts (washed and cut into sections)

Peel the boiled shrimps and remove the meat. Set aside.

Place the washed and blanched squid on the chopping board and cut it into pieces, set aside.

Then, blanch the garlic sprouts in a pot of water for 2 minutes and then take them out.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the blanched garlic sprouts and stir-fry.

Then, add the peeled shrimp and sliced squid and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Season and stir-fry until combined.

Remove from pan and plate.
