Raisin Scones
Overview
I didn’t know what a scone was before, but then I went shopping and ate a scone at Starbucks. It was quite delicious, just like the scones we ate when we were young. It was very delicious. After I came back, I checked online and made it myself. It was a success the first time I made it. It’s almost New Year’s Day. It’s very good for breakfast, afternoon tea, and entertaining friends.

Prepare ingredients.

After cleaning the raisins, stick them dry with kitchen paper.

Eggs and milk, mix well.

Sift all the powdered ingredients and mix well.

Add the butter and slowly crumble it with your hands.

After that, pour 3 in small amounts and many times.

When the dough is almost ready, add the raisins.

Mix evenly and form a dough.

After that, roll it into 3-5 mm pieces.

Before putting it in the baking pan, it is best to preheat the oven for 10 minutes. My oven is too small, so I need to bake it again, 100 degrees, for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, brush with egg wash.

Then 100 degrees, 5 minutes will be fine.
