Cold Chili and Hangzhou Eggplant
Overview
A dish recommended by my sister, braised eggplant. It tastes great when I make it for the first time. It’s appetizing and refreshing and goes well with meals!

Wash two tomatoes and set aside.

Use it to gently pat the eggplant, so that the eggplant is steamed and easy to tear.

Cut the patted eggplant into segments.

Place on a plate and steam for ten to five minutes.

When steaming the eggplant, mix the ingredients: chopped chili sauce + a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and purified water. Mix well and sprinkle in the chopped green onions. The sauce is ready.

Tear the steamed eggplant into strands and place them on the plate. Pour the freshly prepared sauce on the eggplant. This dish of Chopped Pepper and Hangzhou Eggplant is ready. It is an appetizing and refreshing meal.
