Place the long noodles in an oiled mousse mold, flatten the center, round 25 grams of dough again and place it in the middle. Place the shaped dough in a warm and moist place for final fermentation.

At the end of fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash and squeeze the cheese filling into the petals.

Place in an oven preheated to 180°C, with the middle and lower racks on top and bottom, for 40 minutes. Immediately after taking out of the oven, remove from the mold and transfer to a baking sheet to cool.
