Meat floss salad bread
Overview
I used to think that the more breakfasts we make, the better. If you are dazzled by the variety, then you are doing your job, but there is always a lot left over. In fact, what we pay attention to in breakfast is quality. When we wake up in the morning, our appetite is not very strong, and breakfast time is usually very tight, so a high-energy and exquisite breakfast is necessary. This meat floss salad bread is my family’s favorite breakfast. It’s ok with a glass of milk and some fruit. The meat floss is made by myself using a bread machine, which is a safe food. When paired with Kewpie salad dressing, it tastes even better, not monotonous, not sweet, and full of energy.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add ingredients except butter to bread pan.
-
Start dough kneading program 9, and use a silicone spatula to scrape down the walls of the barrel during the rest period.
-
Once the dough is almost smooth, add butter.
-
A dough kneading process is over and the expansion stage has basically been reached.
-
Then continue with the dough kneading process.
-
After the two kneading processes, the glove mask can be removed.
-
Cover the bucket with a damp towel. Close the lid and start the 15 fermentation process.
-
Fermentation is over and the dough is ready.
-
Take out the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll out into a square as big as the baking pan.
-
Use a pouch to stamp the pattern. The purpose is not to print, but to prevent it from expanding too much when baked. You can also use a fork. Cover with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation.
-
Prepare chopped chive leaves, egg yolk liquid, and cooked sesame seeds.
-
Brush the secondary fermented bread with egg wash.
-
Sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds.
-
Sprinkle chive leaves and spray a layer of water with a spray bottle.
-
Place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
-
Take it out after baking.
-
Cover with cling film and let cool slightly, the steam will soften the bread. (Be careful not to touch the baking pan as much as possible. The hot baking pan will easily bake the plastic wrap, so take it out and cover it)
-
Prepare homemade pork floss and kewpie salad dressing.
-
After the bread has cooled slightly, turn it over and make a few cuts evenly with a knife. Do not cut the bread and make sure it is parallel to the direction of the roll. Squeeze on the salad dressing.
-
Sprinkle a layer of pork floss. The salad dressing can be spread evenly, or you can sprinkle the meat floss directly.
-
Roll up, wrap tightly in oil paper and leave for half an hour.
-
Cut into small pieces.
-
Spread a layer of salad dressing on the cross-cut surface and stick the meat floss on it.
