Boil the ribs in a pot of cold water, remove them and wash them with warm water.

Add three spoons of cooking wine and marinate

Heat oil in a pan, add peppercorns, star anise, ginger and pork ribs and stir-fry

Pick out the ginger slices and pork ribs and put them into the casserole

Add green onion and wolfberry, two pieces of rock sugar, two spoons of white vinegar, and heat water. Simmer for an hour.

Add the sliced winter melon

When the winter melon is almost cooked, add salt and simmer for another five minutes.
