Overview
Dry pot cauliflower is a famous traditional dish of the Han nationality in Hunan. It belongs to Hunan cuisine. The main raw material is cauliflower. The technique is dry pot, which makes it crispy in the mouth but full of burnt aroma. Dry pot cauliflower generally uses more pork. This time, I made a slight improvement. I put a little fried prawns in. The fried cauliflower has a unique flavor and is quite delicious. My mother can't eat spicy dishes, so she put in a few dried chili peppers symbolically, which is slightly spicy. If you like spicy food, you can replace the tempeh with chili sauce

Pick small florets of cauliflower. Soak in light salt water for a while, then rinse with clean water and set aside
