Weird fried chicken feet
Overview
I originally planned to use chicken feet to make chicken feet with pickled peppers. At that time, I was boiling tea eggs. After taking out the eggs and tea spices, I thought not to waste them, so I put the chicken feet in and blanch them in water. Who knew that when they came out, they would be brown and smell of tea leaves. I couldn't make chicken feet with pickled peppers, and because the chicken feet smelled like tea, I had to find a way to make them taste weird.
