Egg Fried Rice
Overview
Ever since I learned how to make Golden Egg Fried Rice, I have fallen in love with Egg Fried Rice. The method is basically the same. You can add your favorite vegetables or meat to stir-fry it to get delicious, golden rice. You no longer have to worry about leftover rice! This time I made it with carrots, corn kernels and pea kernels. It was so satisfying to have all kinds of delicious flavors blended together in one bite! The disadvantage is that after eating fried rice, you will easily become thirsty and have to drink water like crazy! Haha
