Spiced Spinach Tart
Overview
Spinach in winter is delicious and nutritious. The spinach grown by my family has red roots and absolutely no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. It is green and organic. Let’s use healthy methods for green vegetables to make them healthier. Of course, it’s not enough to be healthy without being delicious. Fry some peanuts and put them in to increase the fragrance, so I call it spiced spinach. Haha, it’s delicious!

Deep fry the peanuts

Peel, crush and set aside. The peanuts should have a grainy texture and should not be crushed too much.

Blanch it in boiling water, then cool it in cold boiling water to maintain a crispy texture

Mix well. The mixed spinach is ready to eat. In order to look good, use a mold to shape it and put it on a plate, making it into a tower shape. It tastes like spinach and peanuts, which I personally think is very good.
