Colorful fruit and vegetable noodles
Overview
Prepare red dragon fruit, purple cabbage, pumpkin, and spinach. You can add nothing or use milk for the white color. I used water. (I can only use units for the dosage, because you can only buy it whole. In fact, just a little juice is enough.) The amount depends on how much you plan to make. It doesn’t even take much to juice. My family's appetite is that a red dragon fruit larger than a fist can serve about five people. (For reference only) If there is still juice left, you can make other things if you have nothing to do. I will post a recipe for colorful steamed dumplings later when I have time. The remaining fruit and vegetable juices can be used.

Steps
-
Red dragon fruit is squeezed into juice.
-
Steam the pumpkin and squeeze out the juice. You can also squeeze the juice directly. Grind finer.
-
Take a few slices of purple cabbage and squeeze the juice
-
Spinach juice, you can also use celery. Then you can use carrots for the orange color, but I didn’t get them this time.
-
Then knead it into colored dough
-
A special mention for this step is that you can hand-roll ordinary noodles, which means rolling the noodles into a large piece of dough, then folding it in half from top to bottom, then folding it in half, and then folding it in half again. Then start from the right and cut into thin strips. Many people may not understand it. I will make sure to add the picture next time. To make hollow noodles or asparagus noodles, you need a noodle machine. Add the flour and vegetable juice according to the instructions of the noodle machine. Just wait for the finished product.
