Gourd egg pancake
Overview
The courgette in the recipe I posted before should be called gourd. Shredded gourd is also delicious when used in pancakes.

Prepare ingredients.

Use the hard part of the head of the gourd, peel it and grate it into shreds with a grater.

Sprinkle some salt to remove the water.

Squeeze the water from the gourd shreds.

Pour the gourd shreds into a basin, add an appropriate amount of flour, an egg, and a small amount of water to make a batter.

Chop the green onion, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and stir evenly.

Make it into a thick paste.

Heat oil in a pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly. It is better to fry in a pan because it can be fried thinner.

After setting, flip over and fry both sides until golden brown.

There is a lot of batter, so fry it in several batches.

After frying them all, you can cut them into small pieces. The fragrant and crispy gourd shredded pancakes are ready, very delicious. Spread a little chili sauce and it's perfect.
