Lazy version of mutton stir-fried with green onions

Thanks to Gourmet World and Yang Duoduo for giving me the opportunity to try out mutton products, but the food was not particularly good, which is a shame

Cut the mutton, green onions and peppers as shown in the picture and set aside.

Cut the ginger and garlic separately and put them on a plate and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, and when it is hot, add the mutton and stir-fry.

Fry until the mutton turns white and then remove. Control the oil and place on a plate. Set aside.

Pour oil into the pot, and when the oil is hot, add sliced garlic and shredded ginger.

Stir-fry until garlic smells fragrant. Add chopped green onions and peppers and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the salt is evenly distributed, then add the mutton and continue to stir-fry.

When it's medium cooked, pour in an appropriate amount of chicken essence, stir-fry evenly, then put it on a plate and serve.
