A super simple home-cooked dish, Chinese cabbage has always been my favorite dish, delicious and simple.

Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces by hand.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to high heat, heat for 8 minutes, add cabbage and stir-fry.

Add a pinch of salt.

Stir fry and add a tablespoon of water.

After serving, just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
