Cut the mutton into pieces and soak in water for 1 hour. Change the water more than 5 times in the middle. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to the water

Set aside seasonings

Add the mutton cubes to the seasoning, stir, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and marinate for more than 5 hours

Thread the mutton cubes on bamboo skewers, or brush them with chili powder and place them on the grill
