Almond alphabet cookies
Overview
The ingredients for this biscuit are alphabet biscuits, but I don’t have a letter model at home, so I made it into a heart shape.

Material preparation: 70 grams of white sugar, 150 grams of flour, 125 grams of butter (take it out of the refrigerator two or three hours in advance and place it in a warm place to soften), 2 eggs, 100 grams of almond flour (can be replaced with other nut flour), a small amount of baking powder.

Remove the yolk from the egg and add sugar. Add baking powder to the tip of a knife, as shown in the picture.

Mix well with an electric mixer.

Add softened butter and mix well. Add flour and almond meal and mix well.

Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take another piece of plastic wrap, take a small amount of dough, and roll it out with a rolling pin to an even thickness of about 5 mm. Use the model to press it into the corresponding graphics.

Fill the baking tray and place in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.

Bake the amount of these. One plate, but about three layers.
