Cornmeal Purple Potato Rolls
Overview
Yesterday I went to the vegetable store and saw purple sweet potato and was eager to try it. Haha, I feel like I am obsessed with purple sweet potato. I am either making noodles or making purple sweet potato juice. Now that my child has been taking exams these days, I got up early this morning and started frying cornmeal purple sweet potato rolls.

Purple sweet potatoes are steamed and peeled

Place in a plastic bag
