Red rice pancake
Overview
I rarely make multigrain rice at home. I have made it a few times before, but they didn’t like it because it tasted rough and difficult to chew. Later, some fine rice was added to the cereals, but it was still not popular. In order to make them eat more whole grains, we worked hard. Looking at the remaining red rice, it would be a heinous crime to throw it away. Now that the tossing is done, why not try it again. My mind is racing, and I add eggs and fry it into pancakes to see how it works, cough! I didn’t expect this method to be very effective. After frying the rice cake, I served it on the table. Foodies, big and small, can’t wait to try the result~~ As for the result, of course I am satisfied with it, otherwise I wouldn’t share it with everyone O(∩_∩)O haha~
