Strawberry cake made in rice cooker
Overview
I wanted to make a cake, but found that it was very difficult to control. There was too little flour, the egg whites were too lazy to beat and the chopsticks were raised, and they didn't rise. Maybe there was no baking powder or the like. So...the soft and fluffy cake has become a cake. The appearance is average, but the taste made with homemade eggs is still super fragrant~~The expert has seen me teach me which steps are wrong in making cakes, thank you~

Beat egg whites and sugar. Mine has a little bit of egg yolk mixed in, which affects the appearance, wow.

Squeeze some strawberry condensed milk into the egg yolk and beat into egg yolk liquid.

Add the beaten egg yolk liquid to the flour and mix well

Pour one-third of the egg white into the egg yolk liquid, stir up and down, left and right.

Keep adding the egg whites and continue stirring until everything is evenly mixed. Put in rice cooker and steam until cooked. You can insert a chopstick or toothpick into it. If it comes out clean, it means it's cooked.

Finished product. My rice cooker is anti-stick, so I don’t apply a layer of oil when steaming.
