Mom likes to eat things made from glutinous rice flour, and dad likes to eat red dates, so I neutralized them a bit and made glutinous rice and dates, a sweet snack

Soak the red dates for half an hour and wash them

Remove the date core

Add glutinous rice flour to warm water and knead into dough

Divide the glutinous rice balls into small portions and stuff them into red dates

Steam for ten minutes

Add five tablespoons of water to sugar and bring to a boil. Add glutinous rice and dates and stir-fry evenly. Take out and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds
