My daughter likes fish tofu very much, but the fish tofu bought in the supermarket has a lot of starch and very little fish. So on a whim, I learned to make my own fish tofu. Overall, it’s pretty good

Prepare 2 pieces of pangasius and cut into pieces

Add ginger, onion, salt, cooking wine, five-spice powder, and peppercorns and marinate for 15 minutes

Place in a food processor and grind

Prepare 2 egg whites

Put the egg white and starch into the beaten fish bowl and mix well

Apply some oil to the plate to prevent the fish from sticking to the plate and making it difficult to remove

Pour the mixed fish into the plate and spread it evenly

Wrap the plate with plastic wrap

Put into pot and steam for 15 minutes

When the time is up, take out the fish and let it cool

After cooling, cut the fish into pieces so that it looks like tofu

Heat the oil in the pot until it is 60% or 70% hot, then put the fish into the pot and fry
