Caramelized Apple
Overview
The shredded apple is a very delicious dessert dish. It is very good as a snack or as a banquet dish for guests. The key to the shredded dish is the heat of boiling the sugar. If the time is short, the shreds will not be pulled out, and if it is too long, it will have a bitter taste. My trick is to turn on a very small fire and watch all the white bubbles turn into small bubbles. The color is slightly yellow. When it is very sticky, add the apple. At this time, you can pull out long shreds, and it is very sweet and delicious.

Simmer until the big bubbles turn into small bubbles, turn yellow in color, and become very sticky when shoveled. Turn off the heat (I took the photo a little earlier because I didn’t have time to worry about it becoming mushy)
