  1. Dice green onions

  2. Chop garlic sprouts into small pieces

  3. Cut the tofu into cubes and soak in salted water for more than 1 hour

  4. Pour oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence into a bowl to make the braised sauce

  5. Heat the oil in the wok, add the green onions and sauté until fragrant

  6. Pour in the tofu cubes and shake gently

  7. Pour in the braised sauce

  8. Shake gently

  9. Add water starch, sprinkle with garlic sprouts, mix well and serve
