I haven’t eaten at home for a week. Although the food is good, I always feel that the food outside is not very healthy. I will eat some vegetarian food as soon as I get back.

Prepare spinach, eggs, and flour.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the spinach.

Chop the blanched spinach and set aside.

Add eggs and flour to the minced spinach and mix thoroughly, then add salt and shrimp powder and mix thoroughly.

Heat the electric baking pan over low heat, pour in the oil and mix well. Don’t use too much oil, as too much oil will make it difficult to spread the cake.

Pour the spinach batter into the pan, use a spatula to spread the batter evenly and fry for about 5 minutes.

After one side is cooked, flip over and cook for about 2 minutes more.
