Pour the ingredients except butter (all-purpose flour, yeast, salt) into a slightly larger container, slowly add warm water, and stir into a flocculent dough.

Use your hands to push and knead the dough forward on the board until it forms a ball.

Add the melted butter to the dough.

Continue kneading until the dough is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for more than 1 hour. (Ferment until 2 times in size)

Cut green peppers, red peppers, onions, and bacon into small cubes, and peel cooked corn.

Deflate the fermented dough, roll it into a round shape again and roll it out into a crust about the same size as a pizza pan.

Place the rolled dough sheet into an 8-inch pizza pan and push the circumference into a thick circle. (Note: The pizza pan should be greased with a layer of oil beforehand).

Use a fork to lightly poke some holes in the bottom of the cake.

Apply a layer of pizza sauce first.

Sprinkle with some more pizza grass.

Sprinkle with one-third of the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Spread all the bacon and more than half of the green and red peppers and corn kernels.

Spread another third of the cheese.

Brush a layer of egg wash around the pizza dough. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove from the baking pan and sprinkle with the remaining green and red peppers and corn kernels, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and continue to bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
