Wash the spinach.

Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Take it out to cool and squeeze out the water.

Wash the yam beans.

Clean the rice.

Put the rice and yam beans into the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water.

Add a little bit of edible alkali, cover and simmer until the rice grains and yam beans are just ripe.

Drain the air from the pressure cooker, add the chopped spinach segments, stir, put it in the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
