  1. One cabbage.

  2. Wash the cabbage, tear it into small pieces with your hands and set aside.

  3. Mix salt, vinegar, sugar and light soy sauce to make a juice and set aside.

  4. Dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns, set aside.

  5. Put oil in a cold wok, add Sichuan peppercorns and dried chili peppers to the cold oil, slowly stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns and dried chili peppers over low heat until fragrant, then add the cabbage, stir-fry the cabbage over medium heat until soft, stir-fry until cooked, pour in the sauce, turn up the heat and stir-fry evenly.
