Overview
The Greek yogurt that was drunk and run in a reality show gradually became popular with advertisements. What exactly is the difference between Greek yogurt and regular yogurt? After reading some nutrition introductions, Greek yogurt contains higher protein than ordinary yogurt, but Greek yogurt contains less sugar than other yogurts because whey and lactose are removed during the filtering process. Nutritionists suggest that the benefit of Greek yogurt is that it contains twice as much protein as regular yogurt per 6-ounce serving. Six ounces of Greek yogurt contain 18 grams of protein, which is equivalent to the protein contained in 2 to 3 ounces of chicken breast. Regular yogurt in the past may not only contain more sugar, but may also have too much salt. First prepare the filtration device. I used a sieve for sifting flour and placed it on the container to make a simple filter. I filled two boxes of yogurt with Mosleyian diamonds that I had readily available at home. Pour the yogurt into four layers of gauze, tie the mouth of the gauze with thread, put a small bowl on the yogurt bag, and place it in the refrigerator.
