Delicious steamed cake

To be honest, I actually don’t like making this type of cake, and I rarely even make basic sponge cakes. I personally prefer chiffon. Ever since I entered the baking industry, I have fallen in love with chiffon, including yogurt cranberry chiffon, flipped pineapple chiffon cake, matcha honey bean chiffon, and Hokkaido chiffon. It can be said that chiffon can be said to be ever-changing in my family, and I personally never get tired of eating it. Until... one day my mother asked me why I didn't make sponge cakes. I was silent for a moment. I remembered a series of embarrassing things that happened when I first came into contact with sponge cakes. The water temperature was too high and the eggs were boiled directly. The defoaming caused by adding flour all at once. You might as well say I was escaping. I faced countless failures and quit the hotel. I had never come across whole-egg whipped desserts until recently, and I became interested again. , I kept watching the operation videos of my seniors and the recipes posted by gourmet friends in the food world, and finally I had a little recipe, and I dared to continue facing it. After making the cake, I realized that I had succeeded. It felt incredible. It was the first time I succeeded in making a whole-egg dessert. I was so excited that I didn’t take many good photos, but I didn’t care, I just wanted to share my joy with everyone!

Crack the eggs into a clean container.

Pour the batter into the mold. If you don't have cake paper, you can also choose the mold you like, as long as the mold is greased. Add raisins for decoration and that's it.
