Homemade Tahini
Overview
Tahini is a common sauce used in our lives and can be bought in general supermarkets. We also have the kind that is sold by small workshops here. Every time I pass by after get off work, I always smell the strong fragrance. So I bought a bottle last time and smelled a very strong fragrance when I opened the lid. But I always felt weird because the one someone brought to us last time was ground by myself. It was also very fragrant, but not so strong. I wonder if something was added here? I fried black sesame seeds today and made a bottle of sesame paste myself. Although it is not as fragrant as the ones outside, at least it is safe to eat.
