Orange pound cake
Overview
This cake is very simple to make and tastes very refreshing. I used to throw away the orange peels when eating oranges, but with this cake, I can make the most of them and no longer have to worry about waste.

Use a paring knife to remove the yellow skin of the orange and chop it into small pieces

Put the chopped orange peel into a basin and add sugar and marinate for 20 minutes

Add two eggs

Add a little salt and beat with a whisk until thick

Add whipped cream

A little rum (you can omit it if you don’t have it)

Then add the sifted mixture of low flour and baking powder and stir until there is no dry powder

Add corn oil and stir well

Pour the batter into the mold, preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for about 25 minutes
