Overview
If you are used to sweet cookies, try salty cookies baked with mashed potatoes. Because no flour is added, the texture is different from ordinary cookies. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into thick slices

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high heat for about 5 minutes

While hot, add corn oil, salt, milk and black pepper, crush and mix well

Place into a piping bag with a cutout

Pipe out patterns on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper
