Steam pumpkin and purple sweet potato in a rice cooker;

Pressed pumpkin and purple sweet potato;

Put all the ingredients except purple sweet potato, egg liquid and butter into the bread machine;

Use chopsticks to stir into floc;

Start the bread machine and mix for 15-20 minutes;

Add melted butter at room temperature;

While the dough is mixing, make soufflé (mix 20g cake flour, 15g butter, 15g sugar);

Knead it into small particles with your hands;

After stirring for 20 minutes, the dough can easily pull out the glove film;

Ferment until 2-2.5 times in size;

Flatten the exhaust;

Divide the dough evenly into 8 equal parts and let rest for 10 minutes;

Take a piece of dough and divide it into two doughs, one large and one small; roll out the large one, spread 1/3 with purple sweet potato puree, and score 6 lines on 2/3;

Use black sesame seeds to press out the eyes and mouth on the small dough, and finish everything in turn;

Place in the oven to ferment until doubled in size, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with soufflé;
