Roasted chicken legs
Overview
I originally wanted to fry the chicken legs, but I added green peppers and the taste was different, but it was still delicious. If you like spicy food, you can add hot peppers.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut green peppers into cubes, wash and set aside
-
Marinate chicken legs with chili sauce, cooking wine, shredded ginger and other seasonings of your choice for at least 20 minutes
-
Add corn oil to a hot pan. When the oil is 80% hot, add the chicken legs. After putting it in the pan, fry slowly over low heat until the inside is cooked. Keep turning it over. If the surface of the chicken legs is golden, it means the chicken is cooked
-
Add cinnamon to the fried chicken legs to enhance the aroma. Finally, add the chopped green peppers and stir-fry over high heat until the green peppers are soft.
-
A plate of green pepper chicken drumsticks has come out of the pan. It smells fragrant and tastes tender. Because there is enough salt in the chicken legs when you first marinate them, if you like a stronger taste, you can add a little salt and MSG to taste at the end.
