Wash and blanch Chinese cabbage

Blanch and chop

Pinch off the excess water from the chopped Chinese cabbage and set aside

Chop green onion and slice ginger

Cut potatoes into cubes, add five-spice powder and salt and stir-fry

Heat water and potatoes until they are soft and add chicken essence

Then spread the cabbage evenly into the pot and then the tofu. Do not stir. Sprinkle a little salt on the tofu and cover the pot for 5 minutes

Uncover the pot, scoop out the tofu, and use a large spoon to mash the potatoes. If there is too much water, you can turn on the heat and the water will disappear quickly
