Overview
The chicken roasting machine is open again. The chicken is small and can be roasted easily. The palladium is not bad. I chopped ginger and green onion for dipping. It is delicious.

Thaw the chicken, stand it up on a chicken stand, and let the chicken air dry for 1 hour;

Put 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1.5 tablespoons of honey and 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce in a small bowl as the juice for rinsing, stir evenly;

Mix 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder and rub the inner cavity of the chicken with your hands. Stand the chicken up again and apply a layer of skin brushing juice on the surface. Let it dry naturally. Brush it again after it dries, and brush it again three to four times;

Bake in the oven at 425°F for 40 minutes;

Then wrap the bulging parts of the chicken wings and drumsticks with tin foil, and bake at the same temperature for 15-20 minutes, just to roast the chicken. Peel 1 piece of ginger, flatten and mince it, chop 1 green onion, put it in a bowl, pour about 3 tablespoons of hot oil, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of refined salt, stir well and make a dipping sauce (see the first picture).
