Seafood flavored egg fried rice
Overview
Although this plate of yellow egg fried rice is seafood-flavored, there is no trace of seafood at all. I didn't put any seafood in it, I just used the oil used to fry the large prawns. The strong seafood flavor is still so strong and very delicious.
