Five spice braised eggs

Simple and easy-to-make braised eggs, cook them in advance in the evening and braise them until the next day. They are spiced and delicious.

Wash the eggs.

Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil, add eggs, and cook the eggs.

Prepare another small pot, pour an appropriate amount of water, put a pack of marinade into the pot, and bring to a boil over low heat.

After the eggs are cooked, tap the egg shell lightly with the back of a spoon to crack it

Add cracked eggs to the brine pot and cover the eggs with water.

Pour an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce into the brine pot until the color becomes darker.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 3 minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, turn off the heat and simmer overnight.
