Roasted honey duck leg
Overview
I bought half a piece of duck, cut off the duck legs, and roasted them. It was really delicious. Be sure to marinate it in advance for more flavor.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Clean two duck legs and remove the hair on the skin
-
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and salt to marinate
-
Use chopsticks to poke a few more holes in the thicker parts of the meat to make it more flavorful
-
Marinate the duck legs overnight. If you have time, you can turn them over several times to make them more flavorful
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and lay the duck legs flat on it
-
Put into the preheated oven, 210 degrees, middle rack, for 30 minutes
-
When the time is up, take it out, turn it over, and use oil-absorbing paper to absorb the excess grease on the baking sheet, so that too much oil will not splash into the oven. Then continue to bake in the oven for 15 minutes, 210 degrees
-
When the time is up, take it out, turn it over, brush a layer of honey on the surface, and put it in the oven at 165 degrees for 10 minutes
-
Out of the oven, ready to eat
-
Can also be sliced and eaten
-
Bring the bacon juice to a boil over low heat and pour an appropriate amount onto the duck leg slices
-
Sliced duck legs drizzled with sauce make it even more delicious

Come and give it a try. What are you waiting for? Let’s eat!
